Banana Protein Pancakes

These Banana Protein Pancakes are one of our favorite recipes—quick to make, satisfying, and packed with protein. They’re perfect for a balanced breakfast or a nourishing snack any time of the day.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 banana
10 g oats
A pinch of cardamom
Toppings:
200 g vanilla skyr
100 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
50 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
10 g maple syrup
Optional:
1 banana, sliced
Directions
1. Prepare the batter
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the banana, oats, and a pinch of cardamom.
Blend until smooth and free of lumps.
2. Cook the pancakes
Lightly oil a pan and cook the pancake over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
3.Add toppings
Top the pancakes with vanilla skyr, berries, and maple syrup.
Optional
Add sliced banana on top for extra sweetness (and extra carbs and calories).
